I never used to be particularly fit or strong but through implementing particular breathing exercises regularly I managed to improve focus, reduce stress and anxiety, and as a result dramatically boosted my athletic performance.

This is how this program was born.

I noticed that a lot of my students and personal training clients usually after the physical effect of fitness (improve strength, lose weight and improve mobility).

Though most programs focus on muscle contraction instead of an extension. Which often increases stiffness and inflammation.

I want to share the benefits of Movement and Breathwork to go deep into the body and troubleshoot those tricky areas hips, back and shoulders.

These routines are perfect for beginners and experienced movers who are looking to releasing the tension, injury prevention, and develop a better range of motion.

 

Breathwork routines to increase stamina, reduce anxiety, stress, and inflammation.

These exercises can be used during workouts to boost your performance and allow increase stamina or in your everyday life. They may sooth, balance, focus or energise you.

How does it work?

You sign up ( it’s a one-time payment only).

You will receive an email confirmation with an invitation to the introductory session.
After the introductory session, you will receive a follow-up email with information about the following six live sessions.
Each session will be recorded and available after the meeting for you to review.

A: 100%. We have students of all ages, from 20 to 70 who are using STRONGER YOU for various reasons and goals.
Q: I'm not flexible at all (I cannot even touch my toes). Would this program work for me?

A: STRONGER YOU is great for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

I have never heard of or practiced breathwork before. Can I still join?

YAbsolutely! We will start together by introducing different exercises. You can also revisit the session afterward online and practice in your own time.
