Q: I have pain in my back / neck / shoulders / hips. Will this program help?
A: Yes! We will work on full body mobility (neck, shoulders, spine, hips) and effectively strengthen and release tension from your muscles and joints.
Q: I'm 40+, can I do this program?
Q: I'm not flexible at all (I cannot even touch my toes). Would this program work for me?
A: STRONGER YOU is great for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Q: I have never heard of or practiced breathwork before. Can I still join?
A: Absolutely! We will start together by introducing different exercises. You can also revisit the session afterward online and practice in your own time.

Q: Are the Breathwork courses and classes ok for beginners ?
A: The classes and courses are designed to allow beginners an easy entry into the powerful practice of breathwork and for advanced students to deepen their practice.
Q: What if I have a breathing problem caused by injury or illness?
A: Breathwork practice is a great tool to return once breathing capacity back to normal. If you are unsure about your particular case do get in touch before signing up for any offers.
Q: What if I had Corona?
A: Breathwork practice can be very beneficial for the recovery process. It is a great tool to return one’s breathing capacity back to normal. If you are unsure about your particular case do get in touch before signing up for any offers.
Q: Can I do Breathwork if I am pregnant?
A: Generally it can be very beneficial for the birthing process to practice breathwork. However, do check with your midwife if particular exercises would be more beneficial than others.
Only practice deep, connected breathwork like Holotropic breathwork, Rebirthung, etc. if you are very experienced. Make sure to let us know prior to booking any offers.
Q: Can I do Breathwork if I suffer from mental illness?
A: Depending on the type of your condition, breathwork can be beneficial. Please keep in mind that the ideas, suggestions and techniques contained within this website and courses are not intended as a substitute for consulting with your health practitioner. Especially if you count Schizophrenia as part of your diagnosis. If your doctor gives the go-ahead, please get in touch and inform us prior to attending any course or training.
Q: Can I do Breathwork if I have a heart condition?

Got questions after you’ve purchased the course?
Q: I haven't received my program
A: When you purchase, you’ll receive two emails – one is a receipt of payment and one is an email with a link to access your program.
While the program should be delivered immediately, it can take a little bit longer depending on your internet and email service provider. The sender name will be “Anne Pawlak” and the email sender address will be “email@example.com”
Search for either of these in your inbox and you should see the receipt which will also allow you to access your program.
If you don’t see it, it will occasionally go to spam so please check there.
If you do not see a receipt of payment there may have been a typo in the email you provided as our phones sometimes like to autocorrect words! Please shoot us a support email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by clicking “Get in touch” below if you don’t receive either email within 20 minutes after checking spam.

Q: How long do I have access to my program?
A: All of our digital programs and physical products have unlimited lifetime access! You only need to purchase it once and you can use it forever.
Q: Can I cancel and get a refund?
A: Personal Training and Courses Refund Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to change at any time. The published version at the time of the request will be the version used to determine your refund eligibility.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and can be submitted to: email@example.com. Requests must include the name provided at the time of enrollment, a detailed account giving the reason the student wishes to withdraw, and why the student feels a refund should be issued.
ADMIN FEE: An administration fee of 20% of the full, undiscounted, program cost, will apply to all refunds. There are no exceptions.
If a student has enrolled in a course, but has not entered the course, and the period between enrollment and notification of withdrawal does not exceed 14 days from the enrollment date, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the course fee, less the Admin Fee. If you choose to cancel within this period you will receive a refund of the price within 30 days if you are eligible for refunds.
PAYMENT PLANS: If tuition is being paid via a PAYMENT PLAN, then enrollment in all courses covered by the payment plan is subject to the same terms as if tuition is paid for in full and in advance. For these purposes, tuition is considered to have been received by ‘ Anne Pawlak’ upon signing the payment plan agreement.
TECHNICAL ISSUES: Refunds are not available for students who have experienced technical issues. Although we work hard to do everything possible to avoid issues, many aspects of the technology fall outside of our control such as hosting and server functionality.
Once any online materials, membership access to any Facebook Groups (or others), access to Intellectual Property belonging to Anne Pawlak, or links to such materials have been delivered to the student physically or electronically, there shall be no refund applicable.
DISCOUNTED COURSES. No refund will be provided on discounted courses or payments that have been made with discount codes at the time of purchase.
Cancellation of courses:
If Anne Pawlak cancels a face-to-face course or webinar due to the illness of presenters, severe weather, technical issues, or other emergency conditions, then we will attempt to reschedule the event. Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our program, we reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If for any reason Anne Pawlak cancels a course, all course fees will be returned in full. We cannot however reimburse the cost of any pre-booked travel arrangements and suggest that you consider travel insurance to cover any significant costs incurred.
